This was the first time we used Golden Chem-Dry. We couldn't be more pleased!! Not only does our basement carpet look fresh and clean, the customer service is excellent! So friendly and very professional! We will using them from now on and have been spreading the word of how wonderful Eric is. Maiara was also so nice to deal with on the phone. They make a great team! Once again I had Eric come and clean my carpets. Eric, never disappoints. Always on time. He did a great job. Never forces you to do anything that you don't need to have done. Professional. Always a pleasure to have in my home. My carpets look great once again.

I use Eric from Chem-Dry every year for one thing or another. He has done an amazing job doing all my carpets (stains others couldn't remove.) He also cleaned my dining room chairs that were white and stained. I was nervous about cleaning them but Eric reassured me that they would look like new. And sure enough I couldn't believe it. LIKE NEW !. I also had my dirty tiles and grout cleaned in my laundry room. Again couldn't believe it, like brand new !Eric is more than fair with his pricing and even cleaned my mothers house who is a heavy smoker. They house was unbelievably fresh when he completed the work. My Mom is now sold on Eric and his team.
My wife wanted new carpet and now we just call Eric ! Saved me a ton of money !

My floor carpets and area rugs were a mess! Our two older dogs have been having “accidents” on the carpets in our den and back office, and I couldn’t bear the smell every time we walked into either of the rooms…i tried every carpet cleaner and deodorizer available, and nothing worked! I saw Eric’s Chem Dry truck outside my neighbor’s home, and asked my neighbor if I should contact Eric for my carpet cleaning…My neighbor could not rave about the service enough! So, Eric came to my house this past Monday snd my carpets are like new again, and best of all, there are no “bad” smells in those rooms anymore! Eric was so professional, took the time to explain to me the process that needed to be done, and gave me a completely fair and reasonable rate to take care of everything! In addition, he encouraged me to call him at any point, if I was not completely satisfied—who does that?? I am happy to say I do not need to call Eric cause he did a remarkable job…I am thrilled to post this review😋

When I need my tile floors, carpet and furniture cleaned I call on ChemDry. Eric is amazing. He is always prompt and as nice as can be. He is professional and also tells me how to maintain my flooring. He spends extra time getting the tough stains out.
